Chocolate cups with dried fruit

These chocolate cups with dried fruit are very simple to prepare and can be a quick solution to take to a friend’s dinner or to present someone.

Chocolate and dried fruit match so well together. I have already posted other recipes, all simple and tasty, as the almond chocolate brittle.

Choose the dry fruit you prefer. I used almonds, hazelnuts, pecan, and peanuts. You can add raisins or cranberries to your taste, or even candied ginger.

Ingredients:

  • chocolate
  • dried fruit

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fruit – you can use it entire or roughly cut.
  2. Melt chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Take it out of microwave or bain-marie when it is not completely melted, and stir until it melts completely. It helps to bring chocolate to the best temperature to be used.
  3. Add fruit and mix it all. Pour the mixture into small molds and let it solidify. If you’re in a hurry put it ll into the fridge.
  4. Buon appetito!
