Healthy chocolate mousse

Yes, it is really a healthy chocolate mousse. It doesn’t have many calories, and the ones it has are the good ones.

It is not too sweet – obviously, you can decide how sweet you want it to be – but it plenty satisfies my sweet tooth this period, between the summer ice creams (I prepared a lot and ate a lot too) and the Autumn richer desserts.

This healthy chocolate mousse is a perfect chef recipe – and here we’re talking about Gordon Ramsay. He put together avocado, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder and came out with a healthy and creamy chocolate mousse.

Ingredients (4):

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp runny honey
  • 0.88 oz unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, take out the hazel and, with a spoon, transfer the pulp into your immersion blender (if you prepare a larger quantity you can use your blender).
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix until it becomes omogeneous and glossy.
  3. Divide the mix in 4 small glasses and put in freezer for 1 hour or into the fridge for some hours.
  4. Buon appetito!
