Hi! I’m Ana, a Brazilian who moved to Italy for love and eternally in search of perfect recipes.
In addition to perfect recipes, I am also passionate about my (expanding) family, my dogs, traveling, and open and optimistic people. I’m an economist, passionate about languages – in fact, I insist on writing in imperfect English – and I like cappuccino with little foam. I love the Beatles, Brazilian 70’s music, love movies, and Giorgio Armani. I have a soft spot for France and Miami Beach.
Returning to recipes, here I share with you those tested and approved by myself. In fact, the blog is my personal recipe book where I draw from to cook – because I don’t even know a recipe by heart. I prefer simple and beautiful recipes. You won’t find me with a gravy smeared apron after hours in the kitchen, and it’s hard to see me making a dessert that contains more than a lot of sugar and fat.
The perfect recipes for me are those with low fat and sugar, beautiful and good to go crazy. However, I also accept the “almost” perfect ones 😉.
