These chocolate cups with dried fruit are very simple to prepare and can be a quick solution to take to a friend’s dinner or to present someone.
Chocolate and dried fruit match so well together. I have already posted other recipes, all simple and tasty, as the almond chocolate brittle.
Choose the dry fruit you prefer. I used almonds, hazelnuts, pecan, and peanuts. You can add raisins or cranberries to your taste, or even candied ginger.
Ingredients:
- chocolate
- dried fruit
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit – you can use it entire or roughly cut.
- Melt chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Take it out of microwave or bain-marie when it is not completely melted, and stir until it melts completely. It helps to bring chocolate to the best temperature to be used.
- Add fruit and mix it all. Pour the mixture into small molds and let it solidify. If you’re in a hurry put it ll into the fridge.
- Buon appetito!
