I found this easy tuna recipe on Aurelia’s blog (Profumi in Cucina). She is a special woman who cooks in a wonderful way. This is a simple recipe while she was on a diet, and even on this occasion, the recipe is delicious. And healthy and light!
I don’t know why I hadn’t published it here before, as I have prepared it more times and this blog is my personal recipe book, the place where I keep all those recipes I cooked and liked and that I want to cook again.
It sounds crazy, but when I go to the kitchen and I am not testing a new recipe, I am following one of the recipes of my blog. As I don’t remember the recipes, I use to read on my cell or iPad (yes, they are often plenty od flour ou some other ingredient!).
This easy tuna recipe is really really simple and I am sure you’ll like it. It takes a few minutes to be prepared and the sesame seeds together with lemon zest really give it a boost.
Ingredients:
- tuna fillet
- bread crumbs
- lemon zest
- sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- In a plate mix breadcrumbs, lemon zest, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
- Take each tuna fillet and pass it on the crumbs, helping with your fingers to attach it to the fish.
- Add a generous thread of extra virgin olive oil to a capacious pan and cook tuna on both sides until lightly colored.
- Serve immediately and…
- Buon appetito!
